Our Students The school, housed in the former Ash Grove Elementary School building in southeast Denver, opened its doors to 215 students in grades K-9 on September 7, 1993. We now enroll 392 students in grades K-12, with an approximate mix of 193 students from Denver Public schools, 38 from Douglas County schools, 106 from Cherry Creek schools, 25 from Littleton Public schools and 30 from Aurora Public schools. RMSEL serves a socio-economically diverse population comprising 25% students of color, which reflects the diversity of the five sponsoring districts.

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 closed on October 1, 2023. The application for enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year opened on our website the week of October 9, 2023. The deadline for submission of applications to be included in the lottery for the 2024-2025 school year is midnight on January 31, 2024. Applications received after the deadline will be processed, and will be placed on a first come, first served waiting list. Applications and wait lists do not roll from year to year; students who do not receive an enrollment spot must submit a new application for the following year in order to be included in the lottery. If you do not remember your log in information, please DO NOT create a new parent account. It will not link to the previously existing account, and will not allow duplication of a student. Instead, please call the RMSEL office at 303-759-2076 or email cveteto@rmsel.org for assistance. Notifications of lottery results will be made mid-February, either by telephone call or an email from the lottery software. Please do not call the office for wait list status. |
